Project Overview
Investment in creating a high-definition Map (HD map) for motorways and ordinary roads in North America.
Significance
・ Encourage the participation of DMP which can be expected to be one of pioneers in creating and providing the HD map system in overseas markets as autonomous driving becomes prevalent around the world.
・Contribute to “Promote the Use of Digital Technologies/Data” that is one of the concrete pillars set in the “Infrastructure System Overseas Expansion Strategy 2025” led by the Government of Japan.
