Takashi Sugiyama

Professional Background

Mr. Sugiyama has been with JOIN since 2017. He mainly oversees project sectors such as Urban Development, Airports, Ships/Offshore Units, Logistics, Railway related. Prior to JOIN, he was involved in corporate finance and M&A advisory at the Development Bank of Japan（～2016）.

Hiro Suenaga

Professional Background

Mr. Suenaga has been with JOIN since 2016. He mainly oversees project sectors such as Ports, Logistics, Airports,
Automobile Transportation and Urban Development.
Prior to JOIN, he was involved in oil and gas development projects and bio fuel development projects at Itochu Corporation (~2015), Project Finance and Corporate Finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation（~2005）, negotiations regarding the Japanese ODA loan and OECD matters at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (~2000). He is also a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

Peggy Furusaka

Professional Background

Ms. Furusaka has been with JOIN since 2015. Prior to JOIN, she was the lead analyst for the global rating agency Moody’s Japan covering major Japanese companies listed on the TSE in the telecom, steel and automobile sectors（～2015）. Before Moody’s, she was the Co-Head of Credit Research, Syndicate Manager and Foreign Bond Sales at BNP Paribas Securities (～2012)　and a credit analyst for Deutsche Securities , Japan (～2001).

Naomasa Tachibana

Professional Background

Mr. Tachibana has been with JOIN since 2019. He mainly oversees urban development projects and business development matters　(developing and managing relationship with overseas partners and originating new projects).
Prior to JOIN, he was involved in real estate investment, development and asset management for residential, commercials, retail facilities, logistics, hotels and serviced residences sourcing from the equity of listed companies, listed REIT and private fund at CapitaLand Japan (~2019) and Prudential Real Estate Investors (Japan) (~2011).
