Project Overview
Investment to develop an integrated gas procurement, storage, transportation and supply networks in 19 geographical areas (covering approx. 320,000 km2, equivalent to approx. 90% of Japan’s land area), composed of 12 geographical areas mainly in the southern part of India and 7 geographical areas in the north-central India.
Significance
・Support the use and development of expertise on safety handling of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) lorries in India.
・Contribute to the development of compressed natural gas (CNG) supply network for automobile fuel in order to expand and provide low-pollution and low-carbon fuel to passenger and cargo transporters.
