Acquiring shares of Unifly N.V. to introduce Unmanned aircraft system Traffic Management (UTM) worldwide.
Significance
・Encourage the business expansion of Terra Drone worldwide by utilizing its knowledge and experience on industrial drone solutions.
・Contribute to the realization of safe and secure aircraft, airport and port operations and enhancement of drone operation management.
