The Jakarta Garden City Project (The Project) is an urban development project located 20km east of central Jakarta. The Project entails the promotion of public transportation by implementing bus rotary in Jakarta, where the traffic congestion is severe. The implementation of this urban development project is expected to encourage other facilities for housing, education, and medical care to follow, which contributes to the expansion of the TOD1 in overseas. In addition, JOIN expects to contribute to Japanese business owners entering overseas markets by providing spaces for tenants.

Furthermore, the project area is expected to be an evacuation area in the event of natural disasters. We expect this will spread the idea of Japanese disaster prevention.
